Booking information

Please take a read through the following information which will explain everything you need to know regarding booking your wedding hair.

Min/Max Numbers 

For all bookings, I require a minimum of 5x Adult up-do’s/styles.  Alternatively, I am able to offer my services at a flat rate of £250 for  any numbers less than 5. The Maximum number of up-do’s is 8 adults  although please take into account that, dependant on your time of  marriage, an earlier start time will be required.

Price List 

For bridal parties of 1-4 adults - £250 flat rate  

Bride - £75 Trial - £60 

Bridesmaid - £55 Trial - £45 

MOB / MOG - £45 Trial - £45 

Junior Bridesmaid (10-12yrs) - £35 If extra long/thick hair, full bridesmaid price will be charged  

Flower Girl (5-10 yrs) - £25 (under 5 ) - £15 

PLEASE NOTE – I do not carry out blow drying services, as I specialise  only in hair up-do’s/bridal styling. 

Travel Charges

 For venues within the Ribble Valley, the call out fee is free of charge.  For any venues/location further, return mileage (from BB1 9EE) is charged at 85p per mile. This is to cover fuel charges plus travel time  out of the studio. 

Wedding Day Timings

On the wedding morning, I will always aim to have all bridal hair  completed at least 1hr before your ceremony time or time of  departure to church/venue. This allows for as stress free, relaxing  morning for all of the bridal party.

Timings on the morning are as follows:

 Brides 60/90mins (dependent on style) 

Bridesmaids/MOB/MOG/Guest 35-45mins 

Jnr Bridesmaids 30mins 

Flower girls 10-20mins 

With this in mind, if bride is dressed and ready by the time I have  completed the last hair style I am more than happy to place the veil in,  however if not (often bridal parties like to have photos in matching  pj’s, have a glass of fizz etc before getting into dress) then there will  be a £25 veil fitting charge for the wait time if you would like the veil to be fitted by myself.

Veil fittings can be done by anyone/any  member of the bridal party.

Bank Holidays

For any bookings which fall on a bank holiday there is an additional  charge of £60. This is added to the wedding day fee. 

Trials

Trials are required for all brides. These take place from my home  studio (BB1 9EE) and are based upon 1 or 2 desired styles OR Hollywood waves, to which I will allow up to 1hr30 to create and perfect.  Please gather some inspiration photos together to show me at the  trial. Please make sure you look for hair styles of a similar hair colour to your own in order to meet realistic expectations.

 Please also be  mindful that a lot of photos you do see online will have been created  using hair extensions. Clip in extensions can be a great addition to any  hairstyle, and I am more than happy to advise on what type works best  and where to purchase from. 

Trials can be booked any time from 3-2 months prior to your big day. Please be aware all trials take place during the week Monday-Friday within the hours of 10am-4pm. Please wash and dry your hair the day before your appointment, and  also bring along any accessories you are wearing on the day.

At the time of appointment we will also run through on the day  timings for the wedding morning. 

Trials are to be paid for at the time of the appointment, by either cash  or bank transfer. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you wish to cancel your booking, please note payment of the  following will be required: • Within 12 months of secured date – 0% charge of total balance • Within 6 months of secured date – 50% charge of total balance • Within 3 month of secured date – 100% charge of total balance.
